नमस्कार दोस्तों आज की पोस्ट में हम आपको बताने वाले हैं त्रैमासिक परीक्षा का फुल Solution जी हां दोस्तों जैसा कि आप सभी लोग जानते हैं कि आपके 24 सितंबर से Queterly Exam start होने वाले हैं तो आज की इस पोस्ट में हम कक्षा दसवीं अंग्रेजी विषय का फुल Solution देखेंगे त्रैमासिक परीक्षा का साथी-साथ सबसे पहले हम कुछ इंपोर्टेंट क्वेश्चन देखेंगे अंग्रेजी विषय की जो आपके Tirmashik (Quarterly) परीक्षा और वार्षिक परीक्षा में पूछे जा सकते हैं।








Trimasik Pariksha के अंक वार्षिक परीक्षा में जुड़ेंगे या नहीं

दोस्तों सभी छात्रों के मन में यह सवाल जरूर आ रहा होगा कि क्या त्रैमासिक परीक्षा 2021 के अंक वार्षिक परीक्षा में जोड़े जाएंगे या नहीं ।आज हम आपको पूरी जानकारी देने वाले हैं क्या यह त्रैमासिक परीक्षा  आपके लिए महत्वपूर्ण है या नहीं ।जैसा कि सभी छात्रों को पता ही होगा कि कक्षा नवी और कक्षा ग्यारहवीं के छात्रों के लिए यह परीक्षा महत्वपूर्ण होती है ।क्योंकि कक्षा नवी और कक्षा ग्यारहवीं के छात्रों के वार्षिक परीक्षा का रिजल्ट त्रैमासिक, परीक्षा ,हाफ इयरली परीक्षा,  प्री बोर्ड परीक्षा के अंक वार्षिक परीक्षा में जोड़े जाते हैं,लेकिन कक्षा 10वीं और कक्षा बारहवीं के लिए की परीक्षा इतनी महत्वपूर्ण नहीं होती थी.

क्या इस बार कक्षा 10वीं 12वीं के लिए यह परीक्षा महत्वपूर्ण है

दोस्तों विमर्श पोर्टल के द्वारा एक नोटिस जारी किया गया था उसमें स्पष्ट बताया गया है अगर कोरोनावायरस की वजह से कक्षा दसवीं और कक्षा 12वीं की परीक्षाएं नहीं होती है तो बोर्ड परीक्षा का रिजल्ट   त्रैमासिक परीक्षा ,हाफ इयरली परीक्षा,  प्री बोर्ड परीक्षा की परीक्षाओं के आधार पर बनाया जाएगा ।इसलिए यह परीक्षाएं कक्षा 9वी से लेकर कक्षा 12वीं तक सभी छात्रों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है ।

D.health and hygiene



Introduction- health is a positive state where every part of the mind and body is in harmony.it is not only the absence of disease but also the well being of mind and body. A healthy person age someone who has a sound body and a sound mind.


True meaning of health-  according to WHO,health is a state of complete mental spiritual,physical,and social well being.if a person is in a good physical state and free from any diseases but is under constant stress greed, tension, anger etc. then that person is not healthy.



Role of nutritious food and pure water- 

For good health one needs to eat good food. for a healthy body, a mixed diet is the best option it should have a proper amount of minerals vitamins and calories required to run our body pure water is also important. Water is very important for our health.


Cleanliness

Cleanliness is one of the most important elements of good health.it is an important hygiene habits to keep yourself and your surrounding clean. When there is dirt there are germs. Show a dirty man is attacked easily with diseases.


Importance of personal hygiene- we should keep our bodies clean. We should brush our teeth daily twice. We should take bath daily. We should cut our nails regularly. We should wash our hands before and after eating. We must cover mouth while sneezing. We should not touch our eyes and nose with dirty hands


Conclusion-

It is rightly said that health is wealth, a sound mind lives in a sound body.if a person is healthy physically mentally and emotionally he is the happiest of all. BP shot practice good health and hygiene habit.
